ABC NEWS: PHOTOS: Awe-Inspiring Antarctica, Up Close
No doubt, it is beautiful. I would not want to see it up close though. The Titanic keeps coming to mind. Besides, I don't like to be cold either.
It may well be, we might see it up close sooner then we think. ABC NEWS: Winter Storm Sweeps Across the Nation. We better be careful when we hear a knock on the door. It could be Jack Frost and all we would do, is let the cold in. We may be confronted with a brain freeze and I am not particularly keen on those kind of frozen treats.
Anyway, if this kind of weather persists, the nation would turn into an 'awe-inspiring' icy landscape itself. We have to wait and see, what else mother nature has in store for us. There may be more where this weather is coming from. I suspect this is not an isolated winter storm.
