MSNBC: Sweet! Chocolate may lower stroke risk

Even though this is old news, I could not pass it up. The reason for that is probably because I am a chocoholic and any justification for consuming heaps of it is more then welcome. There is one problem though and that is that the health benefits are mainly accredited to dark chocolate and I am a milk chocolate fan.

Some other media was aware of the difference in health benefits as well and found it necessary to blast my excitement: CBS: Sorry, No Proof Chocolate Prevents Stroke and I suppose some more research and studies are needed before we really know whether dark chocolate might have a positive effect on our health or not. Whatever the outcome may be; the proof is in the pudding.

Chocolate pudding!
