FOX NEWS: Rapper's White House Invitation Raises Eyebrows

It sure did mine when I read the headline, but after finding out the rapper is best friends with the president, I saw the light; that was self explanatory.

Another benefit of inviting this particular rapper is that Obama is ensured of lyrics which will by no means put him in a bad position. On the contrary; the republicans will be the target, which is only to the president's advantage.

My guess is that the president sees his popularity dwindling by the minute and he needs all the help he can get, winning back some of the people's approval.

I don't think inviting a rapper is going to cut the mustard. Then again, you never know how it may change the odds. It may be a good thing though to listen closely to what is said before we react; it could spare us a lot of grief.

My friends, we live in the greatest nation in the history of the world. I hope you'll join with me as we try to change it.
Barack Obama
