CBS: H1N1 Spreads Long after Fever Stops

It will not be for long until we got the H1N1 virus, or Swine Flu as it is referred to as well, under control. We managed to do the same with the Bird Flu and we even survived the Mad Cow Disease. Hmmm, Swine, Bird, Cow.... pork, poultry, beef?

We have to boil our eggs well because of Salmonella. Peanuts and peanut products have been recalled and pulled from the shelves. Fat should be avoided due to clogging up the arteries. Raw fish should not be eaten because of all kinds of bad bacteria etc. etc.

Ehh.. Hellooooo! Am I the only one who is seeing a pattern here? Everything is affecting our food chain and then I read the following headline: CBS: How to Keep Prescription Costs Low;
By staying healthy of course.

Well, try and eat healthy, if you can. Try to get on a no salt or low salt, no sugar or less sugar and fat free or low fat diet. It is impossible. It makes me wonder what they want us to live off? Air? I would not recommend that either:

It is polluted!
