MSNBC: Vote: Will new laws change Wall Street's ways?

All indications are that they will. If one takes in consideration the following: CNN: Wall St. reform clears hurdle, then we can already safely assume that one obstacle has been removed, which will have a major impact on the way Wall Street works.

From here, it is only a hop, skip, and a jump to CBS: Congress Agrees on Sweeping Financial Reform. Let's not jump to conclusions though, everything may just jump the track. I don't think the latter will come to pass; once Barack Obama sunk his teeth in to something, he will ensure it will come to pass.

It doesn't matter how many people have to jump through how many hoops; with the hurdle gone and the floor swept, the way through Wall Street should be clear and without any road bumps or traffic jams.

Hopefully, the financial reform will allow for some good rallies!
