CBS: Food prices increase most in 36 years

You are what you eat, but with these increasing food prices we will not be anything before long. Buying groceries is going to be a chore, especially if you want to make ends meet. As a result, there will not be much food on the table.

No matter how you slice or dice it, try to dish it out, even served on a silver platter wouldn't be worth a hill of beans; hungry mouths have to be fed. Even the idea of being down to chili and beans might make a world of difference, when being confronted with an empty plate.

We better fill our pantries by stocking up on peanut butter and jelly. The big question would be however, where we will put that on. Good question and I have no clue. Let's ponder on that some more.

It is food for thought!
