CBS: 78-Year-Old Busted for Skiing Uphill: What?

I couldn't help but laugh when I came across this headline. It proves that age amounts to a hill of beans when it comes down to being active.

It apparently does though when you like to enjoy the outdoors, head for the hills, try to conquer them and after succeeding, call yourself king of the hill. It is quite obvious when going up hill and down dale you tend to run into some snares, pitfalls and ambushes.

My suspicion is that some people just didn't want the ole' man to accomplish something they couldn't. They probably were a lot younger and were afraid being the laughing stock of many, if a person as old as the hills would make it to the top.

I find it sad reading he was busted for his energetic outburst and I really hope this senior will get another shot at it, because one thing is for sure:

This 78 year old certainly is not 'over the hill'!
