CNN: How to stay awake at work

Good question; right now my eyes are about to shut which is not such a great mystery to solve, seeing how it is not even 4 AM yet. Yeah, that will come back to bite me during the remainder of the day, because I will be tired and sleepy from here on out.

Maybe I shouldn't get up this early, but just like many others there are numerous reasons which either keep or get us up at this early hour and physically we eventually can't cope anymore and have to catch up sometime.

I am sorry to hear that the catching up often happens during working hours and I don't think it has anything to do with the job being boring; it may be too taxing and draining, or finally take the focus off the things which are bugging us.

The latter could result in some sort of relaxation which in return brings out the need for sleep and no amount of coffee can provide the so needed buzz.... zzzzZZZ!
