CBS: "Super Mario" tapped to fix Italy's economy

This may seem rather complicated, but after a certain amount of trial and error "Super Mario" will get the hang of it and will know exactly which buttons to push, what to jump over, where to dodge and eventually will also strike it big by finding the hidden treasures.

Why the choice fell on this computer game is beyond me. Where are the times when you set down behind an equally exciting, but much simpler pacman arcade machine and tried your hand at feeding the insatiable little creature with all it could eat?

I suppose we were taken to the next level, whether we were ready, or not. Escaping Blinky, Pinky, Inky and Clyde suddenly was considered old-fashioned, but even after the immense flight all the other games took this pacman arcade machine never lost its appeal and thrill.

Apparently, Italy hasn't connected the dots yet and probably would have done better by going old school, finding their way through the maze and making short notice of every point they encounter along the way and a pacman arcade machine would have been the route to go.

Now, Mario has to jump through hoops to get to the goal and fix Italy's economy. Let's just hope he finds all the hidden coins before the 'game' is over!
