CNN: Brown: Holder's speech cuts through bull

Holder is probably just doing his job. He has to work for his money, just like everyone else, if he wants to eat. It seems like he had his eyes on a juicy steak. He only had to figure out, how to get his hands on it.

You can not act like a bull in a China shop, that would be like a red rag to a bull. Holder thought it better, to grab the bull by the horns, throw it, and cut through it.

It is a whole lot of bull, to have to cut through and it takes quite some force. Throwing a few sheets of paper at those massive animals, might cause only a slight paper cut, but that would not phase them.
