CNN: For happiness, experiences trump possessions

Sounds good, but I think that will be a no trump for many among us. First of all, you got to have the money, to buy those possessions and secondly, you have to be able to come across them.

We can't take for granted, that anything presented to us is the real deal. Anyone can trump up something, knowing full well that it would be nearly impossible to get authentification concerning the artifact.

Why the assumption is made, that experiencing trump possessions yield happiness, is beyond me. I suppose, you have to be a real fan, to appreciate that statement. It would not do anything for me, except empty my wallet for something I would not even be sure it belonged to Donald Trump.

The only way to verify, whether he had it in his possession, would be to ask him. I would not expect to get an answer. He probably would not want to be bothered with such futilities.

I suspect, I would be 'dismissed'.
