CBS: Restaurants turn to preparing whole animals

Ahh, the large open fire, two men constantly turning the spit assuring an even brown coating of the roast and preventing it from burning, the smoky smell of burned wood and fat, which is dripping in to the fire.

It sure sounds like we are going back to the past; it must not have been so bad, huh? Maybe we are forced to; MSNBC: Official: $535 fine for saving bird was 'misunderstanding'. The person who received that fine, while thinking he was doing a good deed, must have wished at the moment of occurrence that he had rang it's neck instead and make a meal out of it.

Even in this age of technology we can not seem to prevent sickness: MSNBC: Ground turkey blamed for salmonella death. No wonder restaurants are turning back the clock and resorting to old fashioned ways of preparing the entire animal. I think we will be hearing a lot more out of PETA.

I am convinced they are not eat up with this!
