CNN: Existing home sales slide 3.5%

I am sorry for all those homeowners who have to sell their house at this time and in this present economy. They are in for a long wait before a buyer comes along and they sure aren't going to get top dollar for their abode.

On the other hand, people who have always wanted to buy a house, but couldn't afford it due to the high appraisals of real estate and coupled mortgage rates, can have their pick. It shouldn't be hard to find one which is and has everything they ever dreamed of.

There is one little thing though the potential, future homeowners have to keep in mind; they won't be able to make their dream come true without good credit, but that goes for practically anything these days. Hence, there is nothing new under the sun.

For those with good credit mortgages are easy to come by; they shouldn't have any problems whatsoever. The biggest problem they will encounter is scouring the real estate market until they finally come across their dream house!
