ABC: 1 Guy Blacks Out Millions in SoCal, Ariz., Mexico

It is incredible that the power is in the hands of just one person and I can't understand why everyone places all their trust in and totally relies on him to do a good job. No, nothing new there; I have wondered about that many times before.

People make mistakes and we should expect that. We should also be aware that two know more than one and it would have done all those million customers a power of good if there had been another knowledgeable employee accompanying this guy, before he was sent out on a power trip.

I certainly hope they will balance the power next time and put this occurrence to good use by learning from the experience. Hopefully they will not overlook the fact that knowledge is power. If they take it to heart, then we can at least be assured of one thing:

More power to you!
