CBS: One-ton bacon cheeseburger sets record

It is already quite impressive seeing a picture of this huge burger and I can only imagine how it must have stunned the crowd when it was actually served up. I suspect it was not only the burger that made the Guinness Book of Records, but also the amount of saliva that dripped from every mouth in its vicinity.

There is no doubt in my mind that there was more then enough to go around and even after that the remaining left-over were probably more then adequate to feed anyone who wanted to take a bite out of it, or were ready for a second serving. I guess many were, since it took around four hours for this burger to be thoroughly cooked.

At least no one had to worry about if it was made with organic or none-organic food, because it is all over the media that studies have shown that one is just as nutritious as the other. That is a good thing, considering how 60 pounds of bacon, 50 pounds of lettuce, 50 pounds of sliced onions, 40 pounds of pickles and 40 pounds of cheese completed this patty.

It took a crane to flip this giant burger and that right there is already indication enough that you didn't even had to worry about whether to lift a fork or not when partaking in devouring this patty.

You needed a fork-lift to dig in!
