NBC News: Economy nothing to shout about next year: survey

That will not stop those wanting to start up a business. What it will do is that these potential entrepreneurs will look for a more favorable economical climate.

They may contemplate on company formation in Britihs Virgin Island, since it uses the English language, has no capital gains taxes, is one of the most prosperous economies in the Caribbean and its independent judicial system is based on English Common Law, to name a few.
