You can't help but feel sorry for the poor guy. The first time this happened all his accounts were frozen until they finally got to the bottom of it. You would suspect that took care of the problem and it was all water under the bridge.

It was, at least for a little while, until they saddled him up with another humongous water bill. That blew me out of the water. You can only wonder what on earth they were thinking. Oh, I know. They probably were under the impression that he could spend money like water!

There are already more then enough 'bloodsuckers' around as it is and the last thing we need is adding to it.

Most of the oddities we encounter are usually not validated as such by the media. This one however is: CNN: Kim Jong Un's odd media moment. Not that there is anything new under the sun. My recollection about previous articles concerning Kim Jong Un tends to confirm the popular belief.

His life apparently consists of nothing but odd moments!
