CNN: Storms bring tornadoes and snow
We are almost in the midst of the month of May and while we are preparing for the upcoming hurricane season, we probably should expect tornadoes to ravish the country. Those can occur anytime anywhere, so there is nothing new under the sun.
We sure didn't anticipate more snow though and of course all that is due to global warming. I personally think that is taking the easy way out, although I totally understand. It always feels better when we can blame someone else for what is or has been happening.
I suppose we ought to blame the dinosaurs and our early ancestors for all those shifting climates and ice ages which took place over the course of several billion years. I mean, all those gasses those huge animals emitted and the fires that were ignited by our predecessor must surely have done the trick.
We may not want our climate to change, but Mother Nature has a will of her own and all we can do is accept and adapt. We have done that for millennia and there is no reason for stopping now.
That brings me to the following subject: Fox News: Will select committee get to the bottom of Benghazi? Some people may have a will of their own, but that doesn't mean we have to accept and adapt, or in this case let it slide and forget.
It is time for someone to stop blaming others and accept responsibility. They better get ready for a total climate change. Cold, stormy weather is looming from above while the hot seat will fry them from below.
There is no doubt in my mind this committee will get to the bottom of it. Maybe not right away, but eventually they will uncover the truth. Why am I so confident about that? First of all; the truth will always come out and second; we inherited the determination of our ancestors.
Where there is a will, there is a way!
