ABC: Successful Teleportation Made; Can You Beam Yourself to Moon?

You probably expected I would voice my opinion on the return of the soldier who was held captive for so long. I am not. There is too much contradicting information going around which makes it hard to take a stand. I will simply sit back, wait, and let the chips fall where they may. They will. What goes up must come down.

Speaking of which, that teleportation success caught my eye this morning. It may only pertain to data at present and not make it very far, but that is all just a matter of time. Every journey starts with the first step and will unfold itself from there. If you don't believe me take a look at your phone and consider how all that came about.

It seems like nothing can stop technology. It evolves by leaps and bounds. I don't know how healthy that is, but right now you will not find me on the list of volunteers for teleportation. I wouldn't take the chance for a million dollars. What good would it do me if I am drifting around in a gazillion pieces and can't be put back together again?

Thanks, but no thanks. The old nursery rhyme of that little fellow who was sitting on the wall keeps crossing my mind. After centuries of waiting they still haven't been able to paste him back together. What was his name again? Oh yeah.

Humpty Dumpty!
