Yahoo!: The American Dream Is Now Officially Unaffordable

Who in their wildest dreams would ever have thought this possible, let alone even entertained the consideration that this could come to fruition? The American dream can now only be reached by those who have enough money to bring it into realization.

The majority of us are stuck with having to keep on dreaming of being successful and striking it rich. That bubble went up into thin air and busted. It is not going to happen anymore and we might as well accept that the American dream has now officially turned into a pipe dream.

I wonder how that happened. Who can we hold responsible for this? It surely can't be the current government. If it was we would have known right of the bat, according to their transparency policies. Well, somebody is to blame for all this and has to take the fall.

Oh, I know. Let's blame the Founding Fathers. They are the culprit who started all this. If they hadn't signed the United States Declaration of Independence and established the United States Constitution, we wouldn't have to contend with and go through this nightmare.

I am being facetious, but to be honest with you, I don't like this whole reality thing. I rather live in a dream world where anything is possible. I hope that will become an option again soon. Yes, I hear you, sigh.

In your dreams!
