MSNBC: In stimulus plan, how much bang for the buck?

That would probably depend on the circumstances, the abilities and skills of the person trying to reach the goal. Under the perfect conditions, it may hit the mark dead on, the very first time. The occurrence of a perfect situation however, is slim to none.

There are so many points and details to take in account. How does the wind blow, to make it go over well? Do you have a clear vision, to take a shot at it, or is it raining on your 'parade'? Has the target finally come to a halt, or is another sudden, unexpected movement going to ruin hitting the spot?

Someone with a lot of experience, may be able to take the shot, under any circumstance. I can only see a professional marksman do that, though. He would only need one shot, to bring down the buck. Others may need several shots, to finally get the game.

How much bangs does the stimulus plan allow for? Deer meat is said to be good eating, so hopefully just one. That way, we can look forward to a good meal. If not, we will probably witness a lot of frustration being let out, around us.
