ABC: Secret Gold Coin Tax Embedded in Health Bill

This doesn't make any sense at all: why would this tax be embedded in the Health Bill? Ohh, wait, I think I get it: because it is hidden in a place where no one would either expect or look for it!

No wonder it is called a 'secret' gold coin tax; you would be sifting through the financial bills and laws and never find it. You would practically have to stumble over it or be made aware of it. It is like the movie "National Treasure"; you wouldn't see it even when it is right there under your nose.

It sure turns out to be a national treasure for the government. I wonder how many other 'secret taxes' they have hidden and where. Maybe they got some other secret taxes hidden in the Health Bill as well. It all makes sense now:

To the government it is a clean bill of health!
