MSNBC: First lawsuit filed in sushi salmonella outbreak

Even though it is said that salmonella is rarely found in raw fish, it can happen. I suppose it was only a matter of time, but when it occurred, the salmonella infection sure wreaked havoc on its victims.

The risk of ending up with food poisoning is constantly present, especially when what we consume is not prepared properly. The majority of the cases is usually mild and cause some inconvenience for just a few days, but when it has such a severe impact on someone's life as in these events then it is quite understandable that they resorted to some good lawyers.

Life is full of surprises and not all of them are very pleasant.
