NBC News: Kangaroos Slug It Out on Suburban Street

There is nothing new under the sun. People have been taking it to the streets and slugging it out for ages. Okay, there may not always have been streets. At those times when there were none, they used to call it a battlefield.

Why these kangaroos are so special is beyond me. Maybe it is because they don't usually brawl in a suburban area while people do. To be honest with you, when the animal instincts takes over I hardly see any difference.

We are supposed to be the most intelligent species on this earth. Why can't we just sit down and discuss it over a cup of coffee? Maybe that is why these kangaroos made the headlines; they can't brew a pot, but we can.

I don't think the cause of this fight is even known. Anything could have instigated it and for all we know they could be battling over coffee. It wouldn't surprise me in the least little bit if one is blaming their relative for consuming too much java.
