CBS: Sleep Deprivation Makes You Ugly: Study

Even though that would be the perfect justification catching some extra Zzzzs whenever you can; it is not recommendable starting to sleep on the job. It may be better to go to bed a little earlier and sleep around the clock.

Apparently there is a lot of truth to taking a beauty sleep: ABC: Rest Up: Beauty Sleep No Myth, because loosing sleep does all kinds of weird things. Not only do you feel tired, make mistakes, and are slow to react, but CNN: Sleep deprived? Oh yeah, it shows if you don't sleep a wink.

Getting a lot of sleep does not necessarily mean you would go from being an ugly duckling to the winner of a beauty pageant. It will just make you look as best as you can possibly look, but every little bit could be a big help.

What if you can't sleep?? Ehh, that is a good question to which I don't have an answer, but I will give you the following advice though: whatever you do and it isn't working:

Don't loose sleep over it!
