ABC: Snoverdose: More Wicked Weather

I can imagine that people living in the northern part of the U.S. are totally fed up with all this cold weather, but mostly with all the snow which has come down in abundance. It is not only very debilitating to every day life; it has actually reached a point where it is shutting down life.

It would not come as a surprise if people decide to find new dwellings in a much warmer environment and La Jolla would be a great candidate for a relocation; the warmth of and in this Southern California community would be a welcome change compared to the bone chilling cold of winter up north.

La Jolla has a lot going for it; sandy beaches, rocky shorelines, a golf course and several parks lend themselves very well for lots of outdoor activities. In combination with the beautiful weather, all this makes living in La Jolla very appealing to almost anyone and I can already picture a huge migration to this area in the near future.

In case you are amongst those who have seen enough snow to last them a lifetime and are considering moving to this part of the States, you would do well to check La Jolla's real estate market, before the pickings get slim. it is better to be safe, then sorry!
