MSNBC: 'Stress event' blamed after birds rain from sky

The expression goes that 'one bird in the hand is worth two in the bush', but nowadays, you don't want to see two or more birds in the bush. The likelihood they are dead is too great; FOX NEWS: Fireworks Likely Caused 3,000 Ark. Bird Deaths.

It is not a given that the fireworks are the cause of death. What is certain is that CNN: Falling birds likely died from trauma. The red-winged blackbirds and starlings in Arkansas are not the only victims either; this trauma was the culprit of more deaths of our feathered friends.

CNN: More dead birds, different state; the sides of some roads in Louisiana were found covered by other bird species as well and an authopsy will have to reveal the true nature of their passing away. Sad to say, but:

Being as free as a bird has its pros and cons as well!
