CNN: 3,999-lb. nachos break record
That is quite an achievement which sure got the producers of this huge platter an honorable mention in the Guinness Book of World Records.
It seems like they were not sure whether they would make it, or not and were counting on Lady Luck, because the nachos were tastefully displayed on a large table in the shape of a horseshoe.
I have to admit, it looked good and it would probably be every nacho-lovers dream being able and having a chance to please their taste buds at this all you can eat buffet. At least I suppose that is what it became, after the record was set; I can't imagine they would let all that food go to waste.
For the record; if you enjoy munching on free nachos then you missed out and you will have to wait until someone decides to take a shot at setting a new nacho world record.
Off the record; don't expect me to be there and load up. It would be wasted on me, because I am one of those exceptions to the rule who doesn't like nachos. Don't ask me why.
