CNN: Snedeker wins Tour Championship

Although I have very little knowledge where golf is concerned and have never practiced it, I can totally see the thrill in this sport and all the benefits it has to offer. It is not only very competitive, but also provides needed relaxation, good exercise, and is a wonderful and enjoyable outdoor activity.

It is therefore not surprising that more and more people take up golfing as their favorite pastime and some of them may turn out to be championship material, like Brandt Snedeker who just won the Tour Championship and the FedEx Cup which increased his bank account by over ten million dollars.

You may need to get acquainted with all the golf terms, jargon, and most of all the many different golf clubs and their usage, but you will learn quickly enough as you go along. I have no doubt there are plenty of experienced golfers around who are more then willing to share their knowledge and introduce you to the sport.

Snedeker won due to a clutch putter, which is actually a putt a player has to make while being under a lot of pressure. In order to do that, you golf putters in your golf bag and ensure not to grab a driver or wedge instead, since this mistake could come at a high price.
