CNN: Lawsuit: Not enough driving in 'Drive'

It is one thing to go to the movies and be disappointed afterwards due to the fact that it wasn't as good as you had hoped. It is another thing to sit down in the theater with the impression that the movie will comply with all your expectations and take it to court when it doesn't.

I wouldn't be surprised if there are many who are interested in this case and hired a good Court Reporting service, providing them with all the accurate documentation of what is said and done in the courtroom; if this lady wins, several may want to follow her example.

This may be just a minor and trivial occurrence, but there are more prevalent cases where Court Reporting would be helpful and/or needed and it is good to know that this is available for anyone who so desires or is compelled to follow a case closely.

I suppose it may take a while before we know the outcome of this lawsuit; this lady seems to drive a hard bargain. I also suspect the Court Reporting services will have their hands full and all due to her assumption that the movie was conform to its title.

It is hard telling what drives her, but maybe she would have done better by going to a drive-in movie theater!
