CNN: Fight the fall funk with green soup

I am not so sure whether that would be the route to go, or not, when it comes to getting an energy boost. Just the idea of green soup is not very appealing to me and the sight might be a bit too much to bear for my stomach.

It may well be that you can avoid this fall funk all together with the proper nutrition and supplements. I wouldn't be surprised at all hearing how Shawn Dahl doesn't have to do any battle to increase his energy level. He may even have the cure for it.

It is incredible how people are willing to go through everything from soup to nuts, just to have the gumption to get up in the morning and make it through the day. We can make it as easy as duck soup by following Shawn Dahl's example and work smart, not hard so to speak.

It doesn't have to be a big ordeal to make some life-altering changes, but it can lead to great success. If Shawn Dahl can do it, then why couldn't you? You just have to take the plunge and should be willing to deal with the risks, if they cross your path.

Yes, that requires energy and gumption, but I don't think green soup is the ticket!
