That is one of the perks the entire family can enjoy when your husband is the leader of the nation; you get to travel as much as you like and visit countries you otherwise probably would never have dreamed of seeing.

The best way of soaking up the country's atmosphere, seeing all the sights, and getting a good impression of the culture, is on foot. When going for a stroll and investing some time, you will make more discoveries then when taking a drive.

It does mean however that you will be on your feet for quite some time and good, comfortable shoes are a definite must. Since the Obama ladies will be closely followed by the paparazzi and their pictures will appear in many magazines and newspapers, they have to be followers of fashion.

There is no doubt in my mind they are fully aware of the latest trends and styles and I wouldn't be in the least surprised if they would put their best foot forward wearing the latest womens new balance walking shoes.

The wide selection caters to every taste, no matter what age. It will also ensure the first lady and her daughters have no problem setting one foot in front of the other by the end of the day. It will give more assurance then that though.

They know are not getting off on the wrong foot!
