CBS: Insurance: Worst in customer satisfaction

I don't think this applies to every insurance provider, because there really are some good ones out there as well. I suspect that those who were dissatisfied voiced it and were heard, as opposed to those who weren't and didn't say a thing. The latter simply had nothing to complain about.

My recommendation to those who are not happy with their insurance provider would be to make inquiries with other life insurance companies and see what all they got to offer. It may turn out that their coverage and customer service meets the need much better then the current insurance company.

It may also be a good idea to stay informed and updated on the quotes. It often occurs that you can get the same policy, but for the best insurance rates around. Yes, it takes some time and effort, but saving money and being a happy camper is more then worth it.

We all like to be safe and secure and that goes for everyone. Especially when you have a family, you want to ensure they too are being cared for in case something happens. I know we don't like to think about the last, but a family insurance is of the highest priority and should not be put off to a 'better' time, because that time will never come.

The time is now: ensure to insure!
